INTERNAL
INFORMATION
SYSTEM
IFA has implemented a complete criminal risk prevention model based on the ethical and compliance culture that the Company applies to its activity and which is preached in the Code of Ethics. This model aims to prevent, detect and react to the possible commission of unlawful conduct.
In line with the above, IFA has an Ethics Channel for reporting potentially irregular conduct, which is integrated into IFA's Internal Reporting System, complies with the applicable regulations and, in particular, with Law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, and is governed by the Internal Reporting System Policy.
